Welcome to Rushlade Wool. From our small Devon farm, nestled on the side of the Dartmoor National Park we bring you a range of different wool fibre from Raw fleeces carefully skirted, prepared and ready for your project.

We have a huge range of different breeds on the farm which means that we can find a wool that has the characteristics that you are looking for at the price that makes your project viable!

There is a massive spectrum of different fibre characteristics produced by each different breed of sheep and we have decades of experience to help guide you to the right fibre. On farm we grow the wool and can supply it raw straight off the sheep, sorted, skirted and can also work with you and local mills to produce rovings, yarns and more.

We have a small dye workshop on the farm so some in house dyeing is also available.

Our Customers
Since starting the dedicated wool company in 2017 we have supplied a range of trade customers from small scale cottage industries producing a huge variety of woven and spun textiles to larger multi-faceted projects. We understand that the raw product can seem a daunting prospect when suddenly your end vision has lead you to something on four legs. We are here to discuss the options and understand what it is that you need from the fibre.
