POSTAGE POLICY

The majority of our items will be sent to you by Royal Mail. We do this because it is cost and time effective for our customers and we have a fantastic local services that we think it is important to support. Larger orders may be sent via MyHermes. If you have any special postage requirements please contact us to arrange in advance of placing an order.

 

All items are processed in 1-2 working days. Postage time will be stated on purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us asap and we will work with you to put this right!

 

We want you to be complete satisfied with your order and offer a 30 days returns policy on yarns and textiles. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in an unused condition with labels and tags in place.

Raw and Washed wool is sold without the option to return as we cannot resell without confidence in how the product has been stored. However, if you are unhappy with the product please contact us and we will work with you to resolve this.

Sale or reduced items will be refunded at the price that they were purchased.

Whether you item is unwanted, faulty or damaged please contact us by email in the first instance stating 'Return Request' in the subject header and provide us with your Name, Address and what items you have purchased and wish to return.
